We hope you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return your product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

You can submit your return request to us via contact@dagli.store or through our contact channels. Following your request, the return process and shipping information will be provided to you.

The product must be examined only to the extent necessary to assess its features and suitability. In the event of a loss in value caused by use of the product beyond this scope, the provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply.

Return shipping costs are covered by DAGLI when using the return method and shipping company specified by us.

Once the returned product reaches us, the necessary checks will be performed. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be processed to the payment method used during the purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation. Processing times for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the bank or payment institution. 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to personalized or custom-made products in accordance with the consumer's request.
