Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) has been established electronically between the Seller, whose details are provided below, and the Buyer, who places an order via the website www.dagli.store.

BUYER
The Buyer is the person who provides their first name, last name, delivery and billing address, phone, and e-mail information while placing an order on www.dagli.store.
2. Subject of the Contract
This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products that the Buyer has ordered electronically via www.dagli.store.
The basic features, sales price, discounts, payment method, delivery information, and any other charges of the product are displayed to the Buyer before the order is created.
3. Order and Payment
By completing their order, the Buyer acknowledges the features, price, delivery conditions, and payment obligation of the selected products.
Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered on www.dagli.store during the order process.
For orders where the cash-on-delivery option is offered, payment is made during delivery according to the selected payment method and the conditions specified at the time of the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is free of charge for orders within Turkey.
Orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery time for shipped orders is 1–3 business days. This period may vary depending on the delivery address, public holidays, peak periods, force majeure events, or the operational conditions of the shipping company.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, tracking information is sent to the Buyer.
The Seller is obliged to deliver the product subject to the order within the maximum period prescribed by law.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Buyer to notify the Seller in writing or via a permanent data storage device within the 14-day period.

After the withdrawal notification, the Buyer must send the product back to the Seller within the period prescribed by the legislation.
6. Return Conditions
The product to be returned, without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal, must not have been used beyond what is necessary to determine the intended use and features of the product.
The product should be returned, if possible, with its original packaging, accessories, and other parts sent with the product.
If a loss of value occurs in the product due to use by the Buyer that exceeds the scope of necessary inspection, the provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply.

7. Refund
In case of proper exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund shall be made in accordance with the periods and conditions specified in the applicable consumer legislation.
Unless otherwise provided by law, the refund will be made using the same payment method the Buyer used during the purchase.
Processing times originating from banks and payment institutions may be beyond the Seller’s control.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The provisions of the applicable consumer legislation shall apply in cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
In particular, for products prepared or personalized specifically in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the conditions stipulated by the legislation are met.
9. Defective Products
In the event that the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may exercise their rights arising from the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and related legislation.

10. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, epidemics, transportation or communication interruptions, decisions of public authorities, and similar situations beyond the reasonable control of the parties may be considered force majeure.
In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure, the Buyer will be informed, and the necessary procedures will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation.
11. Resolution of Disputes
For disputes that may arise from this Contract, applications may be made to the authorized Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence or where the consumer transaction is performed, within the monetary limits set forth in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and related legislation.
12. Enforcement
The Buyer acknowledges that, before completing their order via www.dagli.store, they have seen the preliminary information regarding the basic features of the product, the total sales price, payment, delivery, and the right of withdrawal, and have provided the necessary approvals electronically.
This Distance Sales Contract enters into force upon the electronic confirmation of the order.
