DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer who purchases products through www.dagli.store.

The Buyer’s information consists of the name, surname, address, telephone number and email address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the sale, payment, delivery and return of the product or products ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.dagli.store, as well as the Buyer’s right of withdrawal and the respective rights and obligations of the parties.
The essential characteristics, quantity, sale price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total price of the products are presented to the Buyer before the order is completed and are included in the order confirmation.
3. Products and Prices
The essential characteristics and current sale prices of the products are displayed on the relevant product pages at www.dagli.store.
The total order amount consists of the price of the purchased products, applicable taxes, delivery charges, if any, and any other charges clearly disclosed during checkout.
The Buyer is shown the total amount payable before confirming an order that creates a payment obligation.
4. Payment
Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout on www.dagli.store.
If payment cannot be completed for any reason or is cancelled or rejected by the relevant bank or payment service provider, the Seller’s obligation to dispatch the order shall not arise.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during checkout.
Current estimated delivery times within Türkiye and the conditions applicable to international shipments are stated on the Shipping & Delivery page.
The Seller shall deliver the order within the period communicated to the Buyer and, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law, the delivery period for the sale of goods shall not exceed thirty days.
Delays caused by customs procedures, import regulations, local authorities or other circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control may occur in connection with international shipments.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Subject to the exceptions provided under applicable law, a Buyer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the product without providing any reason and without incurring a penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must communicate their decision clearly within the fourteen-day period by contacting:

Following the withdrawal notification, the Buyer must return the product within the period prescribed by applicable law.
7. Return Conditions
Returned products must not have been damaged or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products or services for which applicable law provides an exception.
In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products made or modified specifically in accordance with the Buyer’s individual requests or personal requirements where the conditions of the applicable legal exception are satisfied.
9. Refunds
Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, any refund due to the Buyer shall be made in accordance with the time limits and conditions required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, refunds will be made using the payment method originally used by the Buyer.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the Buyer’s account may depend on the relevant bank or payment service provider and is outside the Seller’s control.
10. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the Buyer receives a defective, damaged or incorrect product, the Buyer may contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible at:

The Buyer’s statutory rights under Turkish consumer protection legislation, including Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and other applicable legislation, remain unaffected.
11. Resolution of Disputes
For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Buyer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts or other competent authorities in accordance with the monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules applicable under Turkish law.
12. Entry into Force
By completing the order electronically, the Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed before purchase about the essential characteristics of the products, the total price, payment and delivery conditions, and the applicable withdrawal and return conditions.
This Agreement becomes effective between the parties when the Buyer completes and confirms the order electronically.
