Returns & Refunds

We hope you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.
For orders within Türkiye, eligible return shipping costs will be covered by DAGLI in accordance with applicable consumer law and our return instructions.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges will be refunded where required by applicable law.
Items that have been altered, personalised or modified at the customer's request may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.
